Help at home and out in the world — so daily life runs the way you want it to.
Support that meets you where you are.
Ellira is one team across four areas of support — everyday living, mental health and recovery, psychology, and support coordination. Real people who listen first, then build support around the life you actually want.
Tell us who you are — we'll point the way.
Support that starts with listening.
Real people, real plans — built around what matters to you.One team for
the whole person
Four areas of support
Walking beside you toward the life you want — recovery-focused, and led by lived experience.
Registered psychologists for assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based therapy.
Making sense of your plan and connecting the right supports around you.
People of all ages and backgrounds
Whoever you are, we start by understanding what you need — then build the support around it.
Mental health conditions
Depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, PTSD, personality disorders.
Neurodivergent people
Autism, ADHD, learning differences, sensory processing challenges.
Psychosocial disability
When mental health affects daily life, work, relationships or community.
People with complex needs
Multiple conditions, trauma histories, or coordinated support across services.
Goal-focused individuals
Working toward recovery, independence, connection or specific life goals.
We see the person, not the diagnosis.
Real conversations
No one-size-fits-all. Just real talk about real life, and support that makes sense for yours.
Led by lived experience
Many of our team have their own mental health journeys — bringing understanding you can feel.
At your pace, on your terms
We focus on what you can do and want to achieve — and move at a pace that's yours.
We work with people from all cultural backgrounds, LGBTIQA+ communities, and anyone who's had a hard experience with services before. However things have gone until now, you're welcome here — exactly as you are.
Success is the change in your life, not a checklist.
We measure how we're doing by the meaningful changes in your life — not just completed tasks.

Need help with your NDIS application?
We're now accepting referrals for free NDIS access support — delivered remotely across Victoria & WA.
Most providers only step in once you already have a plan. We take it right back to the start — helping people living with psychosocial disability put together a strong application for the NDIS itself. Very few organisations offer this, because we know how stressful and confusing the process can be.
What you get with our Access Support
- Eligibility check — we talk through the NDIS criteria and confirm if you may qualify.
- Evidence support — we guide you on which reports and letters are needed, and how to ask your GP or clinicians for them.
- Form completion — we sit with you remotely to complete the Access Request or Supporting Evidence Form in clear language.
- Submission & follow-up — we lodge your application, track it, and keep you updated until you get an outcome.
How it works — remote only
- Consult call — we listen, answer questions and outline the steps.
- Gather evidence — we help you collect and prepare the right documents.
- Apply & update — we submit remotely, then follow up with the NDIA on your behalf.
Why we do this
The access process can feel like a maze. Without the right wording and documents, people often get knocked back when they should have been approved. We offer this completely free because everyone deserves a fair shot at support.
No obligation — you don't have to stay with us for ongoing supports; we'll help you apply regardless.
Totally free — whether you use us afterwards or not, the access support is always free.
Victoria & WA — available across Victoria and central Perth by phone, video and email.
For the first time our plan feels like it was built around us — not the other way around. Ellira listened before they suggested anything.
