03 Service · Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Recovery at your pace, with someone in your corner.

A psychosocial recovery coach is a dedicated person who understands mental health and walks alongside you. They help you build the capacity and confidence to work toward the life you want, at a pace that's yours. Already have a support team? We'll work alongside them too.

Common questions

Good to know

How is a recovery coach different from a support coordinator?

A recovery coach focuses on your mental health recovery and building capacity, with a deeper, ongoing relationship. Coordination is about connecting and managing the supports in your plan. Many people benefit from both.

Do I need a diagnosis?

Recovery coaching is for people living with psychosocial disability. If you're unsure whether it fits your plan, we'll help you work it out.

In person or online?

Whichever works for you — sessions can be face to face or via telehealth, and can change as your needs do.
