Ellira is beginning to support participants in central Perth, and we want to be straight with you about what that means today: our Perth presence is new. Right now, the supports we can deliver reliably in Perth are the ones that work well remotely — psychosocial recovery coaching, support coordination, peer support check-ins and psychology by secure telehealth.
In-person capacity in Perth is developing. If you need hands-on support — daily-life assistance, community access, supported independent living — talk to us anyway: depending on timing and location we may be able to help, and if we can't yet, we'll say so plainly and point you toward providers who can. We'd rather earn your trust with honesty now than overpromise and let you down.
For telehealth-suited supports, distance matters less than fit. A recovery coach who really listens is valuable in East Perth exactly as in Melbourne — and your sessions happen where you're comfortable, by video or phone, at times that suit you.
Perth participants work with the same team, the same safeguards and the same response promise as everyone else: a real person replies within one business day, and our complaints, privacy and safety commitments apply in full. Interpreting through TIS National (131 450) is free for our participants in WA as everywhere.

Is telehealth support actually effective?
For the right supports, yes — coaching, coordination and therapy have strong evidence bases for remote delivery, and many people prefer it. For hands-on supports it's not a substitute, which is why we don't pretend otherwise.
When will Ellira offer in-person support in Perth?
As soon as we can staff it properly — we won't launch in-person services in WA until we can deliver them to the same standard as Melbourne. Register your interest and we'll tell you when that changes.
Which Perth areas do you work with?
Central Perth — the CBD, Northbridge, East and West Perth, Crawley and Nedlands — for telehealth-delivered supports. If you're nearby, ask; remote delivery is flexible about postcodes.
Is Ellira a registered NDIS provider?
Ellira is not yet a registered NDIS provider — we are working toward NDIS registration. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can use Ellira today; the NDIS Code of Conduct binds us fully regardless of registration.
