NDIS support in South East Melbourne — this is home base.

The south-east is where Ellira lives. Our office is in Cranbourne, most of our team is based across the Casey, Cardinia and Greater Dandenong areas, and the growth-corridor suburbs — Cranbourne, Clyde, Officer, Pakenham, Berwick, Narre Warren — are where we deliver more support than anywhere else.

Being local matters in practical ways. Travel time isn't billed away on long cross-town drives, a support worker who lives ten minutes from you is realistic rather than lucky, and when something changes at short notice we can usually adjust the same day. If you're comparing providers who 'cover all of Melbourne', it's worth asking where their workers actually are — for us, the honest answer is: mostly here.

We support people across the whole region — from the established suburbs around Dandenong, Springvale and Oakleigh through to the newest estates in Clyde North and Officer — with mental health and disability support that joins up around the person, not the postcode.

The south-east has strong health infrastructure we work alongside: Monash Medical Centre in Clayton, Dandenong Hospital and Casey Hospital in Berwick, plus community mental-health and headspace services across the corridor. If you're being discharged from hospital or working with a community mental-health team, we're used to coordinating with them — our job is to fit into your existing care, not replace it.

Getting around the region without a car can be genuinely hard, especially in the newer estates where buses are infrequent. That's exactly the gap our community access and daily-life support fills — getting to appointments, shopping, groups and work when the public-transport option isn't realistic.

Common questions

Good to know

How quickly can support start in the south-east?

Faster than anywhere else we work — this is our home region. After your free intake call we can usually begin matching you with workers straight away. A real person responds to every referral within one business day.

Do you charge travel for south-east suburbs?

Where travel applies it follows NDIS pricing rules and is always itemised — never a surprise. Because our team is based in the south-east, travel costs here are typically minimal.

Can you work alongside my existing providers in the area?

Yes — that's how we prefer to work. We coordinate with your current support coordinator, clinicians and other providers. You choose who does what; we're team players, not a takeover.

Which suburbs count as your south-east region?

The full list is on this page — 35 suburbs across the Casey, Cardinia, Greater Dandenong and Monash council areas, from Chadstone and Oakleigh out to Pakenham and Officer.

Is Ellira a registered NDIS provider?

Ellira is not yet a registered NDIS provider — we are working toward NDIS registration. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can use Ellira today; the NDIS Code of Conduct binds us fully regardless of registration.
