Ellira is a mental health and disability support provider working across Victoria and Perth, WA. Every part of a person's plan — from mental health to daily support — is held by people who listen, and who talk to each other.

OUR APPROACH

Ethical support isn't a policy — it's the whole point.

We'd rather do the right thing slowly than the easy thing quickly. These are the principles every Ellira support is measured against.

Ethics before growth

We only recommend supports a person actually needs. No upselling, no filling hours for the sake of it — your plan's funding is a trust, and we treat it that way.

The whole person, not the diagnosis

Mental health and disability supports under one roof means we see the whole picture — and build support around the person, not around service categories.

Transparent, always

Clear about what we do, what we charge and what your funding covers. If something isn't right for you, we'll say so — and point you to who is.

We show up in the community, back participant-led advocacy, and follow the reforms shaping disability rights in Australia — from NDIS co-design to the right to live independently.

Training the next generation

We take on students and new graduates for supervised placements — psychology, social work, allied health and support work — giving them real, mentored experience in whole-person NDIS support. Growing skilled, ethical workers is how the whole sector gets better.

Cohesive care teams

The best outcomes come from a care team that actually works as one. We build close, working relationships with every other provider in a person's plan — support workers, allied health, coordinators and clinicians — so everyone is aligned on the same goals and pulling in the same direction.
